ST.PETERSBURG, RUSSIA, SEP 16, 2001 (A&G News via COMTEX) — The Minister of
communication and information Leonid Reyman announced this. According to the
Minister not all Russians can afford their own computer and equipment
necessary for Internet connection. Public Internet spots will be affordable
and will allow many people to use all the available services.
