Dutch Post Office buys stake in Dutch list broker.

Amsterdam (AFX) – TNT Post Group NV unit Royal PTT Post said it signed an agreement to acquire a 51 pct stake in Media Development Services (MDS) based in Abcoude, The Netherlands.
No financial details were disclosed.
MDS, which has a turnover of about 3.2 mln eur, provides target group advice and list management for direct marketing purposes. The acquisition fits with PTT Post s strategy of being able to offer a complete range of products and services in the area of direct marketing and data and document services, nationally and internationally.
