PAKKE-TRANS A/S, a wholly owned GLS company, announces the agreement with Kaukokiito Group of Companies to acquire its parcel branch General Parcel Oy Ab. The acquisition will take effect per January 1, 2002.
GLS increases its majority shareholding in General Parcel to 80 per cent.
