Initial does afternoon-specific delivery

Initial City Link has launched a new Next Afternoon delivery service. Other services include next morning by noon, and next day by 5.30pm. The new service enables customers to specify delivery for anytime the following afternoon. Managing director Michael Cooke said: “Until now customers have been able to request delivery either in the morning or by the end of the day.” With the next afternoon service, customers can specify afternoon only, and drivers will guarantee delivery between 12 noon and 5.30pm.
