U-Freight: A stake in China

The globally operating US transport and logistics group U-Freight has acquired a 50% stake in Shanghai Rijin International Freight Co. Ltd., thereby strengthening its presence in China. U-Freight’s new partner is headquartered in Shanghai, and operates branch offices in Nanjing, Guangihou and Wuhan. It handles sea- and airfreight and is also a licensed customs broker.
U-Freight runs branch offices in Peking, Tianjin, Dalian. Xiamen and Qingdao under the China Express International brand.
