InXpress Becomes New Retail Sales Channel Partner for DHL Express

InXpress franchisees now responsible for delivering customer service and sales support for all DHL authorized shipping centers. This month, DHL authorized shipping centers will begin working with InXpress franchise owners for account management, customer service and sales support.

Nationwide, more than 12,000 independently owned or franchised shipping centers act as DHL shipping centers. Each location provides small to medium-sized businesses access to DHL global express delivery.

As part of a larger effort to enhance DHL’s customer experience, InXpress will act as the sole provider for new DHL accounts. The new partnership brings local store owners together with InXpress account managers to offer the best shipping solutions.

Now, some 150 plus U.S. InXpress sales and shipping consultants will routinely visit DHL shipping centers across the nation to provide support, sales and marketing assistance. Additionally, InXpress team members will function as DHL Express shipping account managers, providing personal, face-to-face service to customers.

“Our strongest desire is to assist in making these retail shipping locations even more successful,” said Dustin Hansen, CEO of InXpress USA. “Our local InXpress shipping consultants will work with DHL to ensure that each shipping center has all the DHL shipping resources they need.”
