Bell and Howell hires Arthur Bergens as Chief Financial Officer

CEO of Bell and Howell, a global provider of multi-channel communications solutions, has announced the hiring of Arthur Bergens as Chief Financial Officer.
Most recently the CFO with Overture Networks, Bergens has more than 30 years of global experience in a wide range of financial, operational and administrative leadership positions.

Starting his career at Ernst & Young, Bergens quickly rose through the ranks of private and public companies in various technology industries. In addition to the companies mentioned above, he has held leadership positions with Centice Corporation, Amkor Technology, Unity Electronics and Modus Media International.

Bergens is a recipient of the Triangle Business Journal’s 2011 CFO of the Year Award. In 2009, he was named a Top CFO by Business Leader Media.

He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from the University of New Orleans and an MBA from Campbell University. Bergens is a licensed certified public accountant in both Louisiana and North Carolina.

“Arthur’s experience and credentials are impeccable,” said Ratan. “As Bell and Howell embarks on new and exciting ventures, he will play a critical role on our management team.”
