PostNord issues SEK 550m in bonds

PostNord issues SEK 550m in bonds

Today PostNord AB has issued a bond totaling SEK 550m. The bond has a maturity of 5 years and falls due on April 1, 2019. The bond pays a floating coupon of three months Stibor + 85 basis points. The issue was made under the Medium Term Note program, and the bond will be listed on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm. The joint bookrunners were Danske Bank and Nordea.
