Belgian Post Announces Taxipost Service

Starting 1 July 2002, Taxipost is offering its customers a new package product: Taxipost Early Pick-Up. This new product is ideal, for example, for any company with an after-sales or repair service which sends out mobile teams with spare parts very early in the morning. Within 24 hours after the order, Taxipost Early Pick-Up can deliver spare parts to a pick-up point (post office). Starting at 6 a.m. in the morning, the companies can pick up their packages from any of 600 pick-up points throughout Belgium. The Post not only holds the packages available, but can also arrange for the return or for a proof of pick-up. With this service, Taxipost is offering customised solutions which better meet the needs of our customers.
