Mayborn agrees fulfilment and logistics contract with iForce

iForce has secured a long-term contract with Mayborn Group to supply fulfilment and logistics services from its site at Corby in Northamptonshire. The agreement sees the UK’s leading brand of infant and toddler feeding products relocate its UK & EMEA serviced logistics operation away from its headquarters in Northumberland.

According to iForce, the move will “put the company’s warehouse operations at the heart of its UK customers’ distribution hub and ensure it has a suitable centralised UK location to service its growing European business”.

iForce said it will “provide outbound to rebound manufacturing logistics services offering three core logistics propositions, each underpinned by their dedicated software technology; SMART WMS for Warehousing, RESCU for innovative Returns Processing and Route Genie, the Carrier Management system”.

Steve Parkin, Chief Executive, Mayborn Group, said: “Over the past five years we have transformed from a UK-based company to a truly global organisation with 65% of sales now coming from abroad. Therefore, we needed a fulfillment and warehousing solution that matched our plans for sustained growth.”
