Swiss Post announces changes to product range and prices

Swiss Post has announced changes to its prices and services that will come into effect on 1 January 2016. In a statement issued today (18 August) which gave a selection of the changes, Swiss Post said that individual items sent abroad via large and maxiletter/MiniPac International will become up to two francs cheaper. The post operator said that it is making this adjustment in response to the growing demand for small goods shipping.

The Swiss Post statement continued: “Owing to increased costs in destination countries, the prices for standard letters of up to 20 grams will be increased by 10 centimes. The majority of postal services and prices, including prices for domestic A and B Mail letters of up to 50 grams, as well as domestic parcel prices, will remain unchanged next year.”

An overview of the adjustments can be found at www.swisspost.ch/offer16.
