Austrian Post sells Slovakian subsidiary

Austrian Post has announced that it has sold its fully owned subsidiary Kolos in Slovakia to Cromwell, an alternative Slovakian postal services provider. The two parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

Kolos was founded in 1995 and was acquired by Austrian Post in 2006. In 2014 Kolos delivered more than 470m unaddressed direct mail items as well as 9.9m addressed direct mail items and letters.
