Royal Mail meets regulatory targets

Royal Mail met its regulatory First Class mail target for the first quarter of the financial year 2015-16, delivering 93.0% the next working day. The company also exceeded its Second Class mail target of 98.5%, delivering 99.0% within three working days.

The results were published on Friday (28 August) in the latest Royal Mail Quality of Service report, which covered the three months from 30 March to 28 June 2015.
