Dunkin’ Donuts testing delivery service in Dallas

Dunkin’ Donuts is partnering with DoorDash to test an on-demand delivery service in Dallas. The service will be available from 7 am to 10pm and Dunkin Donuts says that customers will be able to get their coffees, donuts and sandwich “delivered in less than forty five minutes”.

In a statement issued on Wednesday (18 November), Dunkin’ Donuts added: “In the coming weeks, Dunkin’ Donuts will also partner with DoorDash to offer delivery service in Atlanta, Chicago, Los Angeles and Washington D.C.”

Meanwhile, the company has also announced it is testing an “on-the-go order app” in Porland, Maine which will enable guests to order in advance using their mobile phone, skip the line and go straight to pick up when they get inside the store.

Scott Hudler, Dunkin’ Donuts’ Vice President of Global Consumer Engagement, said: “We are excited to launch these two new tests, and we will continue to evaluate a possible national rollout for both programs in the future.”
