PostNL and unions agree final CLA for mail delivery staff

Netherlands postal operator PostNL and the trade unions Bond van Post Personeel, FNV Publiek Belang and CNV Publieke Diensten have reached a final agreement on the mail deliverer Collective Labour Agreement (CLA). As previously reported, PostNL and the unions reached an agreement on principle on the CLA on 18 December, and the agreement has now been ratified by the unions’ members.

The agreement includes provisions for pay increases and expense compensation. The CLA, which is valid for two years, will go into effect retroactively as of 1 October and will remain effective until 30 September 2017.

PostNL and the unions reached a definitive agreement in December on the new social plan for the company’s reorganisation.
