Egypt and Russia sign MoU for cooperation over IT and postal services

The governments of Egypt and Russia have signed a memorandum of understanding for developing a cooperative framework in the fields of communications, Information Technology and postal services. The MoU was signed by Egypt’s Minister of Communications and Information Technology Yasser Al Qadi and the Russian Minister of Communications and Mass Media Nikolai Nikiforov.

Egypt’s Prime Minister Sherif witnessed the signing.
