Zalando testing free returns collection in Vienna

Online retailer Zalando is running a pilot project in Vienna, in which customers can arrange for returns to be picked up from their home, rather than having to take them back to post offices or collection points themselves. Zalando is working with Hermes and Liefery, the same-day delivery specialist in which Hermes has a minority stake. Customers can arrange a pick-up on Liefery website with 90 minutes, or schedule an evening delivery. The evening service is available from 19:00 to 21:00, Monday to Saturday.

Zalando has tested similar services in Amsterdam, Berlin, Cologne and Dusseldorf.
