KPN in talks to outsource Logistics Ops to TPG

Royal KPN NV said it is in exclusive talks to outsource its KPN Logistics operations, which comprise all of KPN’s warehousing and transport activities in the Netherlands, to TPG NV.

Negotiations are expected to be completed before the end of the year, KPN said.

All 170 employees of KPN Logistics, which has annual sales of some 20 mln eur, will be transferred to TPG.
