Business Post to launch palletised freight business

Richard Martin, formerly head of Christian Salvesens industrial division will start a new job in September as md of a new palletised freight business to be launched by Business Post.
Martins experience is ideal for his new post according to Business Post MD Paul Carvell.
The new pallet service, which already has customers on board, will offer pre-9am delivery and same-day delivery. IT added value will include bar coding and track and trace.
Carvell says he would “love to have on or two thousand pallets“ a night and that a move into cross-Channel is an obvious next step.
