DPD to open new distribution centre in Leeds

DPD has agreed a pre-let for a 60,000 square foot distribution centre in the Morley area of Leeds. Work on the site, located on the Howley Park Estate, is set to start this month and scheduled to be completed in early 2017.

Louise Ferguson, general manager of property at DPD, said: “Our new Leeds distribution centre will be a state-of-the-art, purpose-built facility that will allow us to expand our existing operation to meet our growing business needs and create a significant number of new jobs.”
