Proximity joins Zebra’s partner programme

UK-based Proximity has become a Zebra Technologies independent software vendor (ISV) and reseller partner. Zebra Technologies provides solutions and services that give enterprises real-time visibility into their operations.

Dave Pickburn, director at Proximity said: “We are delighted to become part of the Zebra Partner programme. As an ISV and reseller partner, we can not only provide our customers with Zebra’s full range of powerful and innovative products, but also develop and integrate a range of applications that run on Zebra devices.

Initially, Proximity will be adding its STREAM delivery and transport management application to Zebra’s portfolio of transportation and logistics apps.

“Running STREAM’s mobile driver app on Zebra’s range of mobile devices such as the TC55 Touch Mobile Computer provides retailers, wholesalers and distributors with a rugged and durable electronic proof of delivery solution,” said Pickburn.

“We will also be harnessing our extensive experience in manufacturing, retail and warehouse management to add further applications in the near future.”
