Click and collect at Clicks stores

Parcel delivery service provider Pargo has announced a partnership with the South African retailer Clicks. The partnership will allow online shoppers to collect and return their purchases from more than 500 Clicks stores across the country. This partnership will take the overall strength of Pargo’s network of pickup points to more than a thousand stores.

“Delivery is recognised worldwide as the key friction point in ecommerce and a major deterrent to the growth of internet-based economy,” said Pargo director Lars Veul.

“This is especially true in the South African environment where local online shoppers are often forced to make a difficult decision between the deteriorating postal service and pricey couriers.”

As previously reported by Post&Parcel, Pargo has been building up its network of pickup points through partnerships with retail chains such as Freshstop, Waltons and 7Eleven.
