Driven by customer choice

Deliveree has added a new feature within its on demand delivery app which allows customers in the Jakarta area to request the services of their favourite drivers. “We constantly listen to our customers and try to deliver the product and service they want,” explained Nattapak Atichartakarn, Senior Manager Deliveree Regional.

“With this new app feature, our business customers, who often have specific delivery process, can save favorite drivers who are familiar with the customer’s specific needs and routing. Neither the customer or Deliveree have to retrain new driver every time before the booking. The feature allows drivers who have already built a particular skill handle the specialized job.

“Aside from giving customer more control over driver selection, this feature also incentivize driver to give excellent service so he or she would be at the top of customer’s mind.”

Deliveree, which specialises in same day deliveries is active in Thailand and Philippines as well as Indonesia.

This new feature is now available on the latest version of the Deliveree application on Google Play, Apple Store, and web app.
