Extension for task force working on Posta Kenya turnaround plan

The Ministry of Information and Communication and Technology (ICT) has given a deadline extension to the task force working on a transformation plan for the Postal Corporation of Kenya, according to local sources. An article published by businessdailyafrica.com on Tuesday (31 January) said that the 12-member task force has been given an extension in order to come up with new proposals and chart implementation strategies.

The task force published an interim report in December which called for greater use of ICT systems to improve Posta Kenya’s efficiency and bring it more into line with global trends in the postal sector.
