IDI Gazeley leased 4.1m sq ft of warehousing across Europe In 2016
In a statement sent to Post&Parcel today (6 February), IDI Gazeley said that “notable transactions” in 2016 included: leasing a 259,000 sq ft unit at Magna Park, Lutterworth and a 297,000 sq ft unit at Daventry Distribution Centre to “two leading American e-commerce businesses”; and leasing of 1,399,000 sq ft in Hamburg to “one of the world’s leading e-commerce companies”.
The company added that it has more than 3 million sq ft of new developments committed across Europe for a range of customers.
