Board change at Connect Group

Colin Child will be resigning from his position as non-executive director of Connect Group with effect from 21 March.

Child joined Connect Group in December 2015, and succeeded John Worby as Chairman of the Audit Committee in February 2016.

In a statement issued today (3 March), Gary Kennedy, Chairman of Connect Group, commented: “I would like to thank Colin for his contribution on the Board and his chairmanship of the Audit Committee, and wish him well for the future.”

Connect Group said that it has started a process to identify and appoint a non-executive director as successor to Child who will also become Chairman of the Audit Committee.

“A further announcement will be made when appropriate,” added Connect Group.
