SEUR announces cross-border food delivery service

SEUR is launching a new cross-border temperature-controlled delivery service, called SEUR Frío Internacional, which will transport food from Spain to France six days a week. The Spanish company is running the operation with assistance from fellow DPDgroup member Chronofood and will use its “Chronofresh” solution.

The food will be kept at a temperature between 2 and 8 degrees Centigrade to keep it fresh and deliveries will be completed with 48 hours.

Customers will have full traceability of their shipments – which can include access to temperature charts, upon request – and they will be able to choose one-hour delivery windows with DPD’s Predict service.

SEUR has been ramping up its range of food delivery solutions. In addition to the temperature-controlled  SEUR Frío and SEUR Frío Internacional, there is SEUR Vino, a specialist wine delivery service, and SEUR Gourmet.
