Culina enters into JV with Morgan McLernon

Culina Group, the provider of shared-user logistics services for food and drink companies, has entered into a joint venture with Morgan McLernon. Culina Group business CML already has a strong relationship with Morgan McLernon.

“Morgan McLernon and CML have been working superbly well together now for several years and it really was the logical next step for both businesses,” said Thomas van Mourik, Chief Executive of Culina Group.

Culina has an annual turnover approaching £500m, a workforce of nearly 6,500 staff and a fleet of more than 800 vehicles and 2,000 trailers.

Based in Lurgan County Armagh, Morgan McLernon operates 200 trucks and 500 trailers and employs over 550 staff. The company caters for the transport of machinery, building supplies, and other dry freight.
