Grocery delivery app Cornershop raises $21m

Cornershop, a grocery delivery app provider operating in Chile and Mexico, has raised $21m in a new funding round. The investors included Accel Partners, Creandum, Jackson Square Ventures, and ALLVP.

According to local media sources, including Forbes, the company plans to expand to nine new cities in Mexico.

Cornershop works with retailers including Chedraui Selecto and HEB México, and deliveries are made to the customer within 90 minutes.
