Chronopost Portugal posts increase revenues

The Portuguese subsidiary of the French express service provider Chronopost International posted an increase in revenues from EUR 21.7m in 2001 to EUR 24.51m last year (plus 14%).
Chronopost Portugal dispatched approximately 3.5 million consignments to domestic and international customers in 2002. Chronoposts management said that these results showed that ‘the company was on target to become the leading private express service provider in the country and had cemented its lead in the national business-to-business segment‘.
