Flipkart testing grocery delivery service

Indian e-commerce Flipkart has reportedly been piloting a grocery delivery service in Bengaluru. According to local sources, the company may officially launch the service in Bengaluru over the coming months and it also has plans to extend the pilot programme to more Indian cities in the future.

As previously reported, Flipkart is currently in the process of trying to buy Snapdeal, one of its major competitors in the Indian e-commerce sector.
