P2P Mailing finds new home after fire

P2P Mailing Ltd, the e-commerce distribution provider, has announced completion on a ten year lease for a new facility in the Basildon area following the fire that destroyed its main processing hub in Basildon on 20th August 2017. The new building – on Christy Way, Basildon – more than covers the space requirement met by the previous premises. The company is on track to be fully operational in the new hub by the end of September, in good time for the peak internet shopping period.

P2P Mailing said that its contingency arrangements have enabled the business to process all volume and all services without delay.

Paul Galpin, MD, P2P Mailing commented: “We are excited by this new chapter and determined to take the business forward after a very challenging time. I would like to thank our customers, supplier partners and staff for their continued support and cooperation throughout the last couple of weeks.”
