Mazda, Denso and Toyota have agreed to jointly develop basic structural technologies for electric vehicles – and they have also decided to set up a new company which will bring together selected engineers from the three companies to work on joint technological development projects. The companies said that the agreement “covers a diverse range of models, from minivehicles to passenger vehicles, SUVs, and light trucks”.
