An Post Names Chief Executive
The Board of An Post has appointed Mr Donal Curtin to be the new chief executive of An Post. He will take up his position on July 14 upon the retirement of Mr John Hynes.
Mr Curtin has had a distinguished career at senior management and operational level in the ESB where he held the position of Commercial Director as well as several high level posts in its subsidiary ESB International (ESBI).
Aged 56 and a native of Cork, Mr Curtin is married with three children. He is an electrical engineering graduate of UCC.
