Mailsource UK Acquires Aptus Mailroom Services
MailSource have announced the acquisition of Aptus Mailroom Services.
Keith Buet, Chief Executive Officer of MailSource assures that “Our immediate objective is to ensure that the Aptus Mailroom Services employees and clients are comfortable with the change and that all on-going projects are completed on schedule”
The acquisition grows the MailSource UK headcount to almost 700, an increase of 15% since the beginning of 2003. A dedicated team, experienced at transferring staff into MailSource have already met all employees and are working alongside their new colleagues ensuring a smooth transfer for staff and clients alike.
In addition to the staff increase, as a result of the purchase, ten existing Aptus contracts have novated to MailSource.
