Kroger’s QFC teams up with Instacart for home delivery in Puget Sound and Portland

US retailer Kroger’s QFC division is offering home delivery at the majority of its stores in Puget Sound and Portland through a partnership with Instacart.

The new service in Puget Sound and Portland builds on the existing relationship between Kroger’s and Instacart.

In a statement issued yesterday (4 December), Suzy Monford, president of QFC, said: “By offering home delivery in addition to in-store shopping and online ordering for curbside pickup, we are listening to our customers who are telling us they want the convenience of shopping anyway they choose.

Monford added: “This new partnership allows our customers to have their groceries delivered to their doorsteps as soon as two hours after placing an order.”
