Luxer One rolls out lockers to more than 60 retail locations in US

Luxer One has announced that it has rolled out its buy-online pick-up in-store (BOPIS) package locker solution at over 60 retail locations across the US.

“Our latest data set shows a 97.8% customer satisfaction (CSAT) score from shoppers using the lockers, with 97% of customers saying they’d like to use the lockers again,” commented Arik Levy, CEO of Luxer One.

“We’re looking forward to bringing this streamlined solution to retailers investing in their omnichannel retail operations. It dramatically improves the customer experience while leveraging a valuable opportunity for radiant sales, automated returns, and so much more.”
