Harrison Park appointed MD of UPS Korea

Harrison Park has been appointed managing director of UPS Korea.

He succeeds JK Rha, who is retiring after 28 years of service.

Park will take responsibility for all express delivery and logistics operations of UPS Korea and will will report to K.K. Leung, President of North Asia District, UPS Asia Pacific.

“We have a strong commitment to customers in Korea, and will continue to search for growth opportunities to expand our services and strengthen connectivity to global trade for Korean businesses,” said Leung.

Park has held a diverse range of positions in UPS. He started out as Country Operations Team Lead in 1996, was named Country Brokerage Manager in 2003.

Prior to his current appointment, Park was the Country Gateway Manager until late 2017, when he took on a special assignment at UPS’s Asia Pacific headquarters in Singapore, applying his HR experience to develop a new training program for UPS’s C-suite executives across the region.
