Palletforce launches pallet service for Far East Market

UK-based express distribution network Palletforce has launched its new Chinese pallet service.

Palletforce Asia Services will provide the network’s 100 members with access to the growing Far East market, with the ability to ship single pallets from China.

In a statement issued today (6 June), Palletforce said: “The unique in-house service will benefit from the experience of partner businesses within parent company EmergeVest’s group.

“Aimed at small and medium-sized customers Palletforce Asia Services will enable movement of all sizes of consignments, from single pallets to full container loads.”

Palletforce has installed a bespoke IT platform in both the UK and China, which will link directly to the company’s existing Alliance tracking system.

Chief executive Michael Conroy commented: “China and the Far East offer huge opportunities for our sector, and Palletforce Asia Services will provide a gateway for our members to further establish themselves in this growing market.”
