Kay Phillips has become chief executive of Geopost UK and Ireland, whose national headquarters is in Roebuck Lane, Smethwick and covers parcel brands Parceline and Interlink Express.
Ms Phillips takes over from Colin Millbanks who is retiring.
GeoPost’s parent company is La Poste, the third largest provider of express parcels services in Europe.
Formerly chief operating officer, she has more than 26 years experience in the express parcels sector.
