Geopost records revenue growth of 5.1%
Geopost delivered continued growth in the first half of 2026, supported by higher parcel volumes and progress across its strategic growth areas.
This commercial momentum was underpinned by solid BtoC growth, the continued development of out-of-home deliveries and increased international flows. While market conditions remained challenging, these encouraging developments reflect the tangible results of Geopost’s strategy. To build on this momentum, Geopost continued to advance its operational transformation across the network, with a focus on disciplined execution, cost management and quality of service.

Food activity was driven by temperature-controlled deliveries (+6.5% in revenue)
Yves Delmas, CEO of Geopost, said: “Our first-half 2026 results show encouraging trend in an environment that remains particularly demanding. Growth in out-of-home delivery, intra-European flows and temperature-controlled services reflects the relevance of our diversification strategy and the investments made to strengthen our network and capabilities. At the same time, market conditions continue to be shaped by intense competition, leading to sustained pressure on margins across the industry. In this context, our priority is to maintain operational discipline, adapt our business locally where needed and preserve the high quality of service our customers expect. These results were made possible thanks to the strong engagement and cross-functional collaboration of our people across businesses, functions, and areas of expertise.”

Delivering results in a still challenging environment
The first half of 2026 remained demanding for the parcel and logistics industry, which continued to operate in a highly competitive market environment. Ongoing geopolitical uncertainty also continued to weigh on operations, notably through volatility in transport and energy-related costs.
Against this backdrop, Geopost recorded significant revenue growth in the first half of 2026, supported by stronger parcel volumes, particularly in BtoC and cross-border activity in Europe. Maintaining a high level of service quality remains central to consolidating this positive trend across the network.
Geopost’s operating EBIT stood at €206 million, compared with €197 million in the first half of 2025, restated from non-recurring items, in spite of intense price competition and a challenging cost environment. Geopost recorded an EBIT of €29 million, impacted by several significant non-recurring items.
Continued development of strategic growth areas
In the first half of 2026, Geopost continued to make progress across its strategic growth areas, including out-of-home deliveries, international flows and services for businesses and SMEs.
Out-of-home deliveries remained one of the strongest growth areas for Geopost, with volumes increasing by more than 30%. This performance confirms the central role of out-of-home solutions in the Group’s service model and reflects customers’ continued demand for more choice, flexibility and convenience. In this context, Geopost continued to expand its out-of-home network across Europe, reaching 166,000 Pickup points and making it the densest OOH network in Europe. This development was supported by several initiatives across the network, including the launch of Inboxx in Germany in collaboration with GLS Germany, and the ongoing expansion of the locker network in several countries. In the UK, Yeep! now has over 3,000 lockers, and in France, the locker network comprises more than 7,500. Today, Geopost offers consumers and businesses access to 60,000 lockers across Europe.
International flows also increased in the first half of 2026 by 14.4% in volumes, confirming cross-border activities as a strategic growth driver for Geopost.
Specialised deliveries, in particular food parcels under temperature controlled recorded growth of 6.5%, compared to first semester of 2025.
Geopost continued to advance on its sustainability roadmap in the first half of 2026. The company has reduced its carbon emissions within the SBTi perimeter by 0.6% in absolute terms in the first quarter of 2026. Geopost and its business units are continuously developing transitioning their low emission delivery fleets, reaching now more than 12,540 electric vehicles, representing 18.3% of the fleet. During the period, Geopost’s Carbon Calculator was re-certified by Smart Freight Center, reinforcing the Group’s ability to support customers in measuring and managing their transport-related carbon emissions via a powerful, digital and compliant tool.
Innovation also remained a key area of focus during the first half of 2026. At VivaTech, Geopost and its subsidiaries showcased a new generation of AI- and data-driven solutions designed to improve operational efficiency, customer experience and sustainability, including Chronopost’s Parcel Matching solution and Pickup Solar Lockers. Geopost also continued to expand Geopost Vision, leveraging its delivery network to provide large-scale street-level imagery supporting smarter mobility and urban infrastructure services. Geopost Vision is now deployed across 21 countries in Europe.
Geopost further strengthened its industrial capacity during the first half of 2026. In the UK, DPD opened two new purpose-built distribution centres in the South East, significantly increasing network capacity to support future growth and meet growing customer demand. In Brazil, Jadlog inaugurated a new state-of-the-art logistics hub, doubling its operational processing capacity and strengthening its nationwide distribution network.
