Postcomm consults on a long term licence for Red Star Parcels

Postcomm, the independent regulator for postal services, today (Friday 8 July) began a 30 day consultation on the proposed issue of a long term licence to Red Star Parcels Ltd, to provide consolidation services (collection and sorting of mail).

Red Star Parcels Ltd is owned by Lynx Express Limited and would trade as Lynx Mail.

The consultation document and text of the proposed licence can be found on Postcomm’s website at www.psc.gov.uk. Printed copies are available from Postcomm at 6 Hercules Road, London, SE1 7DB.
