Dhl Worldwide Express And Regional Mail Xpress Announce Growing Domestic Mail Service

As a result of a strategic alliance
between Regional Mail Xpress (RMX), a leading national fulfillment, mail and
parcel distribution company, and DHL Worldwide Express, the largest private
mailer in the United States, DHL’s domestic flat service captured 12.5
percent of DHL’s WorldMail division revenue in 1999.

For more than 12 years DHL has specialized in providing U.S. customers with
a premier international mailing service. The partnership with RMX over the
last 14 months allowed DHL to offer a lower cost domestic mail service in
the United States that was previously unavailable. Utilizing its eight
processing centers, strategically located throughout the United States, RMX
has the ability to process flat mail and small parcels efficiently and
economically for DHL customers.

“DHL’s partnership with RMX enables us to offer our customers a reliable and
cost-effective alternative for sending domestic mail,” said Ed Weissman,

Since August 1999 RMX has increased its sales division by 130 percent and
now expands into 25 cities throughout the United States and Canada, with
plans to open three additional processing centers in the third quarter of
2000. This growth has allowed RMX to provide DHL with a low cost, efficient
and proven method of domestic flat mail distribution.
