Slovenia pushes mobile transformation

Slovenia Post has announced that it will replace 22 post offices with a mobile post office services. The post has ensured the transformation plan will not hinder quality of service, but will result in job losses.

A statement said the move forms a part of the company’s “effective preparation” for the forthcoming full liberalisation and the full opening of postal markets in the European Union.

The organisation said a five-day-a-week service will continue.
