International retail delivery report

International eCommerce is one of the fastest growing areas of Royal Mail’s fulfilment business. It reflects a growth opportunity available to many UK businesses that so far only a few have grasped. Many etailers focus solely on the UK market (Snow Valley’s 2010 ‘Online Retail Delivery in the UK Report’ saw 42% of retailers offering only UK delivery), but those that trade overseas can see great rewards – ASOS report 103% growth in international revenue in their recent annual report.

At Royal Mail, we like to think of international as just another postcode, and aim to help businesses deal with customers internationally as easily as any other. That’s why we take great pleasure in sponsoring Snow Valley’s first International Retail Delivery Report, which is full of great insight. What’s really exciting is that it offers simple, actionable advice to open up valuable markets, with very little effort.
