CD Marketing Services – bulk mailer

TPG recently acquired a 90% share in the British CD Marketing Services Group Ltd, a holding company of Circular Distributors Ltd and Lifestyle Marketing Ltd. With this majority share TPG has managed to enter the British post market. According to the TNT Group, Circular Distributors – which was established in 1952, is considered the UKs leading service provider in the area of bulk mail consignments for private households. Circular reaches approximatley 80% of the British market. The holding company achieved a revenue of around EUR 50 million last year.(www.cdltd.co.uk)
