PostBus staff given pay increase

Swiss Post’s PostBus has increased the salary of its staff after negotiations with trade unions. A deal has been signed to add between CHF 500 – 700 to each staff member’s pay packet for 2011.

PostBus Switzerland Ltd will also pay the employee contribution (1%) towards the restructuring of the Swiss Post pension fund, as well as setting aside 0.5% of the total salary sum for individual performance-related remuneration.

Employees who earn a salary of more than CHF 77,176 will receive a general annual pay increase of CHF 500 in 2011, whilst those who take home salary of up to CHF 77,176 will receive a general annual pay increase of CHF 700 in 2011.
