FEDEX India's expansion plans

Federal Express Corporation (EedEx) has announced that it will expand its operational presence to most key commercial areas across India. These areas account for 85 percent of the total express market in the country. The company is also planning to set up 100 new retail locations and 36 new branded locations across the country. To support the expansion programme, FedEx has tied up with Prakash Airfreight Pvt Ltd for pickup and delivery services and with Jeena & Co for nationwide customs brokerage services.
