Parcels company Reality, formerly White Arrow Express, is to make more than 300 people redundant to “meet future busienss requirements“.
This follows the companys previous denial of allegations that it was to make large numbers of regional management staff redundant after they failed competency interviews. In a statement it says: “Following the re-organisation of Reality announced in January, these job losses reflect further cost saving initiatives.V
