Cath Kidston extends iForce contract

iForce has been awarded a four-year extension to its contract to provide a wide-range of multi-channel fulfilment and supply chain solutions to retailer Cath Kidston. The agreement covers iForce’s  software solutions and operational expertise in online fulfilment, store replenishment, carriage management and returns processing.

iForce began its partnership with Cath Kidston at the retailer’s warehouse in St Neots in 2012.

iForce Gateway, powered by the iForce proprietary software SMART, was deployed to process both online fulfilment as well as the replenishment of the retailer’s network of 80 UK and European stores. The software has been upgraded in the last 12 months to allow the warehouse to become Customs and Excise compliant, thus allowing Cath Kidston to defer their duty payments on imported products until point of despatch to store or customer.
